Permits issued

• Madave LLC was issued a $2.8 million permit to alter the shell of the warehouse building at 1120 S.E. Madison St. in the Buckman neighborhood. The designer and contractor is Siteworks.

• Fortis Construction was issued a $650,000 permit on a deferred submittal for precast seating to serve the Viking Pavilion, at 930 S.W. Hall St. at Portland State University. The applicant and contractor is Fortis.

• Brian Dapp was issued a $1 million permit to build a three-story, five-unit apartment building without parking at 702 S.W. Broadway Drive in South Portland. Robert Evenson Associates is the applicant and PDG Construction is the contractor.

• Prescott Morris LLC was issued a $4.4 million permit to build a three-story, 40-unit apartment building at 15075 S.E. Stark St. in the Glenfair neighborhood. The applicant is DECA Architecture and the contractor is Constructive Inc.

Permit intakes

• Crystal Lane LLC is seeking an $816,000 permit to install 9,585 square feet of prefabricated metal for a building at 4441 N.E. Crystal Lane in the Cully neighborhood. The contractor has not been selected yet.
