Leah C. Lively has joined Davis Wright Tremaine鈥檚 Portland office as a partner in its employment services group. She represents and advises employers of all sizes, defending them against claims such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful discharge. She also has significant experience defending clients against wage and hour claims, including class actions. She has tried more than 40 jury trials in multiple states and jurisdictions. Lively previously was an Ogletree Deakins shareholder. She is admitted to practice in Oregon, California, Idaho, Washington and Alaska.
