Permits issued

• St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church of Portland was issued a $1.8 million permit to remodel and add to existing structures at 2400 S.E. 148th Ave. in the Centennial neighborhood. The applicant is DiLoreto Architecture and the contractor is The Grant Co. Inc.

• The city of Portland was issued a $104 million permit and a $46 million permit to continue construction of Washington Park reservoir improvements. The scope of work covered by the permits includes excavation for the new reservoir, constructing tieback and MSE walls and seismic measures, and building a buried drinking water reservoir with a cascading reflecting pool on top. The applicant is the Portland Water Bureau and the contractor is Hoffman Construction.

• Redwood PDX LLC was issued a $3.8 million permit to build a five-story, 50-unit apartment building at 1616 N.W. Everett St. in Northwest Portland. The Redwood Apartments will include a ground-level tenant amenity. The applicant is Studio 3 Architecture and the contractor is WDC Construction.

• 811 Stark LLC was issued a permit to perform a remodel at 811 S.E. Stark St. in the Buckman neighborhood. The applicant is Works Progress Architecture and the contractor is Yorke & Curtis Inc.

• Portred LLC of Pasadena, California, was issued a $2.4 million permit to build a new shell building at 2110 S.E. 82nd Ave. in the Montavilla neighborhood. The contractor is P&C Construction.

• N. Etal Stochosky was issued a $9.5 million permit to build a six-story self-storage facility at 910 S.E. Seventh Ave. The applicant is Mackenzie and the contractor is Deacon Construction.

Permit intakes

• Maruichi Oregon Steel Tube LLC is seeking a $3.3 million permit to add 37,567 square feet to the building at 8735 N. Harborgate St. in St. Johns. The addition will include space for shipping, manufacturing and receiving, restrooms and locker rooms. The applicant is Collins Architectural Group and the contractor is JH Kelly.

• Imago Dei Ministries is pursuing a $4 million permit to build a four-story, 87-unit apartment building with five parking spaces at the corner of Southeast 13th Avenue and Southeast Ankeny Street in the Buckman neighborhood. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits. The contractor has not been selected yet.

• Ent Ventures VI LLC is seeking a $10 million permit to build a five-story, 64-unit mixed-use building at 1825 N.W. 23rd Ave. in Northwest Portland. The applicant is Works Progress Architecture and the contractor is Rainier Pacific Development.
