Permits issued

  • Columbia Edgewater Country Club was issued permits totaling $1.3 million to add to and renovate the course’s pro shop and restroom/shower facility at 2220 N.E. Marine Drive in the Columbia neighborhood. The builder is R&H Construction.
  • Eckelman Enterprises LP was issued a $550,000 permit for a tenant improvement adding a showroom at the furniture shop at 1657 S.E. Tacoma St. in the Sellwood neighborhood. The applicant is Peter Meijer Architect and the contractor is Jorgens Construction.
  • Bay City LLC of Portland was issued a $3.2 million permit for partial site-clearing, demolition, tree removal, excavation, shoring and erosion control at 325 S.W. Harrison St. in downtown.
  • Broadstone Pearl District LLC of Phoenix was issued a $1.6 million permit on a deferred submittal for post-tensioning at 1411 N.W. Quimby St. in the Pearl District. The applicant is Grant Denson and the contractor is Alliance Pacific Northwest Builders of Phoenix.
  • LBA Realty Fund II-WBP III LLC of Carlsbad, California, was issued permits totaling around $4.7 million to build two warehouses – one 36,506 square feet and the other 27,435 square feet – at 17800 and 17900 N.E. Riverside Parkway in the Wilkes neighborhood. The applicant is Mackenzie.

  • 8L LLC is pursuing a $494,000 permit to perform a tenant improvement at 38 N.W. Davis St. in Old Town Chinatown. The applicant is Roberta Pennington and the contractor is Swinerton Builders.
  • Willbridge Industrial LLC is pursuing a $2.5 million permit to build a two-story, 18,970-square-foot marijuana production facility at 5433 N.W. St. Helens Road in the Linnton area. Geogtapa LLC is the applicant.
