PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Rick Fuller was recently hired by DAY CPM to work as a bond project/facility operations liaison for the North Clackamas School District program. He has more than 35 years of experience in construction and facilities management. Fuller previously worked with DAY CPM as the facility operations manager for the NOAA project in Newport, Oregon and was later hired by the Port of Newport as director of operations.
