Permits issued

• Russellville II LLC was issued an $850,000 permit to replace exterior siding in the courtyard area at the Russellville Park retirement living complex at 20 S.E. 103rd Ave. in the Hazelwood neighborhood. The applicant is Rembold and the builder is Deacon Corp.

• EOSH/SB Portland LLC of Santa Ana, California, was issued a $1 million permit to alter the interior of the former Macy’s space at 621 S.W. Fifth Ave. in downtown. Interior partitions, finishes and dedicated MEP systems will be demolished. The applicant is Bora Architects and the builder is Turner Construction.

• Portland Parks & Recreation and Portland Public Schools were issued a $1.3 million permit to remove and replace a synthetic turf field and drainage at Rieke Elementary School in Hillsdale. The contractor has yet to be selected.

• Steve Silva and Alison Silva were issued an $840,889 permit to build a three-story, 12-unit apartment building at 5016 N. Maryland Ave. in the Overlook neighborhood. The applicant is Steve Silva and the contractor is Woodcraft Builders.

• Lynch Properties LLC was issued an $8.1 million permit to build a 286,000-square-foot mixed-use building at 1430 N.W. Glisan St. in the Pearl District. The building will have 230 residential units, four levels of below-ground parking and retail space on the ground floor. The architect is Ankrom Moisan Architects and the builder is Holland Construction.

• The Portland Development Commission was issued an $8.4 million permit to build a three-story, 30,000-square-foot office building at 9035 S.E. Foster Road in Lents. The Asian Health and Services capital project is located in the Lents Town Center. The applicant is Holst Architecture and the contractor is Walsh Construction.

• The Portland Water Bureau was issued a $1.3 million permit to build a 1,200-square-foot pump station at 360 N.W. Greenleaf Road at Forest Park.

Permit intakes

• Airport Way Investments LLC is pursuing an $850,000 permit for a tenant improvement at 11938 N.E. Airport Way. The scope includes removal and replacement of a porte cochere, an interior remodel, conversion of a sauna to a storage room and conversion of four guestrooms to a fitness center. The applicant is PSA Inc.

• The X-Ray LLC is pursuing an $850,000 permit to create six tenant spaces and six mezzanines at 1723 N.W. 24th Ave. in Northwest Portland. The architect is Skylab Architecture.

• MKB Investment Co. is pursuing a $660,000 permit to demolish the building at 5 S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Buckman. A second, $2.3 million permit would allow for construction of a 17-story building. The applicant is Gerding Edlen Development.

• St. Johns PDX LLC is seeking a $1.5 million permit to build a three-story, 19-unit apartment building at 7220 N. Burlington Ave. in the Cathedral Park area. The applicant is Studio 3 Architecture.
