  • Early assistance is requested for development of four row houses on two lots at 1144 S.E. Tenino St. Existing single-family dwellings on the lots would be demolished. The applicant is Dan Williams of Faster Permits, and the owners are James and Elizabeth Friese.
  • Early assistance is sought for a proposed street vacation on a 0.97-acre vacant lot owned by the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry at 2015 S.E. Second Place. The applicant is Carol Gossett of OMSI.
  • Early assistance is requested for proposed development on five lots on two sites on opposite sides of the 14500 block of North Lombard Street in the Rivergate Industrial District. One site will be 51.35 acres of high-cube, packaging, warehousing and distribution. A second site of 9.5 acres will be used for storing an estimated 191 truck trailers; no building is proposed for that location. The new housing units would be 1,000-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath condominiums, with garages on the first floor. The 24 total units would be modular construction and contain affordable housing. The applicant is Emilio Fontana of Laurelhurst Housing LLC, and the owner is Laurelhurst Housing LLC.
  • Early assistance is sought for the proposed construction of two new multifamily buildings, each containing two or three units, at 9628 S.E. Holgate Ave. The first phase would be a duplex, and the second a triplex. An existing house on the property would remain. The applicant is Andy Borgerding of Fosler Architecture LLC, and the owners are Douglas and Cynthia Wilson.
  • Early assistance is sought for a proposed three-lot land division with a private street tract at 5110 S.E. 111th Ave. The applicant is Sarah Radelet of Strata Land Use Planning, and the owner is Skoro Homes LLC.
  • Early assistance is requested for the proposed construction of a restaurant pad within an existing shopping center parking lot at 2626 S.E. 122nd Ave. The applicant is Jennifer Rinkus of Baysinger Partners Architects, and the owner is Fairfield Clovis Properties LLC of San Francisco.
  • Early assistance is sought for upgrades to a medical building at 4212 N.E. Broadway, including an accessible entry addition, lobby elevator, reception, and basement office space, as well as accessible parking upgrades and site work.   • Early assistance is requested for a proposed triplex on a property on the 11700 block of Southeast Powell Boulevard. No applicant is listed; the owner is Helen Ryan.
  • Early assistance is pending for the renovation of the ground-floor entry lobby of the Moda Tower at 601 S.W. Second Ave. The proposal includes increasing the lobby square footage by about 1,000 square feet, extending the curtainwall closer to the sidewalk, and constructing a new lobby bar/café, lounge seating, lighting, public art and entry vestibule. The applicant is Will Grimm of Ankrom Moisan Architects, and the owner is Morrison Street CF LLC.
  • Early assistance is sought for a proposal to replace a Springwater Corridor bridge over Johnson Creek near 4536 S.E. Johnson Creek Blvd. The existing bridge is structurally deteriorated and obstructs flow in the creek; it would be replaced with a new steel truss bridge approximately 130 feet in length. The structure is located in the city of Milwaukie, and the use of Portland property is for access to the site only. The applicant is Marlo Medellin of Portland Parks & Recreation, and the owner is Edmar Inc.
  • Early assistance is pending for a proposal to remove existing chain-link fence at Mt. Tabor Park, at 6325 S.E. Division St., and replace it with ornamental fence that blends with the character of the Mount Tabor Park Historic District. Both existing and proposed fences are 4 feet tall. The applicant is David Gray, and the owner is the city of Portland.
  • Early assistance is pending for construction of a new single-story, 600-square-foot building within an existing screened vehicle storage area at 7520 S.W. Macadam Ave. The applicants are Jack Kriz of Mildren Design Group and Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, and the owner is Midway Properties LLC of Mulino.
  • Early assistance is pending for the proposed placement of an 8-foot-by-40-foot container in the back of a lot at 3811 N. Mississippi Ave. to house a shipping center and storeroom for a nursery business. The owner plans to potentially add additional containers in a later phase as the business grows. The applicant is Patrick Donaldson of Harka Architecture LLC, and the owner is Pistils LLC.

  • A Type II adjustment is requested to reduce the required off-street parking of a proposed fourplex at 527 S.E. Spokane St. from four spaces to two. The applicant is Edward Radulescu of EPR Design LLC, and the owner is Bulldog Capital LLC.
  • A Type II conditional use review is sought for improvements to Portland Parks & Recreation’s Mt. Tabor Central Maintenance Yard at 6427 S.E. Division St. Improvements are to include a new maintenance shop, a multimodal path connection Southeast Division Street with Southeast 64th Street, and removal of two non-contributing structures. The applicant is Susan Meamber of PP&R, and the owner is the city of Portland.
  • A Type III conditional use master plan procedure is requested for a proposal to rebuild existing school facilities and a parish hall at St. Thomas More Catholic School at 3525 S.W. Patton Road. A new 44-space parking structure, with school facilities above, is also proposed. The applicant is Chris Hagerman of The Bookin Group, and the owner is St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
  • A Type II design review is sought for the approval of the use of 22-gauge brake-formed metal siding in lieu of 20-gauge metal siding of unspecified forming on a new four-story mixed-use office building at 4075 N.
