  • A design advice request is pending for a new 15-story, 160,000-square-foot mixed-use development with residential units and basement parking at 416 N.W. Fifth Ave. The applicant is Paul Jeffreys of Ankrom Moisan Architects, and the owner is Brandt 416 LLC of Tallahassee, Florida.
  • Early assistance is sought for a proposed triplex on a property on the 11700 block of Southeast Powell Blvd. The applicant is Natalie Lyons of Faster Permits, and the owner is Helen Ryan.
  • Early assistance is requested for construction of a three-story apartment building at 12036 S.E. Pine St. The applicant is Hunter Williams of LHW Architecture LLC, and the owner is Beta Assets LLC.
  • Early assistance is sought for demolition of multiple buildings at ESCO Corp.’s property at 2141 N.W. 25th Ave. The proposal is to demolish Building 3 and all buildings north of Northwest Wilson Street. Of all the buildings to be demolished, only one is on the Historic Resource Inventory, and a letter has been submitted to the city requesting that the building be delisted. No applicant is listed; the owner is ESCO Corp.
  • A pre-application conference is requested for a proposed seven-story, 118,000-square-foot mixed-use industrial office building with 45 below-grade parking spaces at 1921 S.E. Third Ave. The applicant is Peter Grimm of Scott | Edwards Architecture, and the owner is the state of Oregon/ODOT Technical Leadership Center.
  • A Type II design review is sought for renovations to Russell Development Co.’s 200 Market Building at 200 S.W. Market St. The proposal is for street-level renovations at the plaza’s east and west sides. A new addition/clerestory would create two story volumes, storefronts would expand outward at plaza east retail fronts, and new canopies would be added at the east pod to match existing ones at the west pods. The applicant is Tim Grinstead of GBD Architects, and the owner is 200 Market Associates Limited Partnership.
