Permits issued

• Pearl District Lodging & Associates of Middleton, Wisconsin, was issued an $843,784 permit to perform a tenant improvement for a first-time tenant, a restaurant, at the Hampton Inn & Suites building being constructed at 875 N.W. Everett St. in the Pearl District. The contractor and applicant is Andersen Construction. Tanner Creek Tavern will anchor the new hotel.

• Vasco Properties of Seattle was issued a $1.2 million permit for a tenant improvement to build an office and warehouse at 3245 N.W. Front Ave. in the Northwest Industrial area. The contractor is Bremik Construction.

• Bulldog Capital of Lake Oswego was issued a $705,000 permit to build a three-story fourplex at 7659 N. Westanna Ave. in the Portsmouth neighborhood. The contractor is Crescent Custom Homes.

• Spada Properties Inc. was issued a $5.7 million permit to build a four-story, 39-unit apartment building at 1211 S.E. Morrison St. in the Buckman neighborhood. The contractor is IBuildPDX Company. The development will replace a single-family home built in 1957.

• Portland Hotel XXVII Owner LLC of Washington, D.C., was issued a $600,000 permit on a deferred submittal at 485 N.W. Ninth Ave. in the Pearl District. The applicant is Skyline Sheet Metal and the contractor is Bremik Construction.

Permit intakes

• GLV Enterprises Inc. is pursuing seven permits totaling $678,685 to replace all the windows in all units at 5420-5694 N.E. Sandycrest Terrace in the Rose City Park neighborhood.

• Reham 6 LLC is pursuing a $1.9 million permit to change occupancy and add 62 apartment units at 6012 S.E. Yamhill St. in the Mt. Tabor neighborhood. The applicant is David Rodeback Architect and the contractor is Ascent Design Build.

• H&A Invest Limited Partnership is seeking a $760,000 permit to perform shell improvements at 1618 N.E. 122nd Ave. in the Russell neighborhood. The applicant is Baysinger Partners. The building formerly housed the Refectory restaurant.

• LMV Glisan Holdings LP of Seattle is pursuing a $24.2 million permit to build a six-story, 211-unit Jantzen Apartments building at 518 N.E. 20th Ave. in the Kerns neighborhood. The applicant is SERA Architects.

• Sandy 51 Apartments LLC is seeking an $8.8 million permit to build a six-story, 85-unit apartment building at 5036 N.E. Sandy Blvd. in the Hollywood neighborhood. The contractor is VMR Development LLC. A Taco Time restaurant formerly operated the site.

• Madison-MF Hoyt OR LLC of San Francisco is pursuing a $659,000 permit on a deferred submittal for a vertical lift system at the Dianne apartments at 535 N.W. 11th Ave. in the Pearl District. The applicant is Howard S. Wright and the contractor is Balfour Beatty Construction of Dallas, Texas.

• Pacific Outdoor Advertising is seeking a $34.1 million permit to build a 10-story speculative office building with ground-floor retail space at 902 S.W. Third Ave. in downtown. The Third & Taylor project will have two stories of below-ground parking. The applicant is Ankrom Moisan Architects and the contractor is Turner Construction.

• The Port of Portland is pursuing three permits valued at $850,244 for deferred submittals at 7300 N.E. Airport Way. The scope involves mechanical upgrades for a car wash vendor. The applicant and contractor is Hoffman Construction.
