For more than 35 years, the annual Excellence in Concrete Awards, organized by the Oregon Concrete & Aggregate Producers Association and the American Concrete Institute’s Oregon chapter, have honored outstanding projects in Oregon and Southwest Washington. This year’s event, held at the Salem Convention Center, was no exception. The competition drew more than 60 entries, which a panel of judges narrowed down to an elite group singled out for exemplary use of concrete in building design, construction and landscaping.
