CONSTRUCTION
Columbia Roofing & Sheet Metal has been named to Carlisle SynTec Systems’ Perfection Council for the second consecutive year. Five Oregon contractors received the award in 2017, according to Columbia Roofing & Sheet Metal President Mark Carpenter. Their selections were based on a history of exceptional installation quality and excellent warranty claim performance for the past seven years. To qualify, contractors must complete at least a certain amount of warranted work and jobs per year.
