K&L Gates hires Chen as associate

Tiantian Chen has been hired as an associate in the Portland office of K&L Gates LLP. She focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial contracts. Chen received a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and a bachelor鈥檚 degree from China Foreign Affairs University.
