Permits issued

  • Premium Property-CSNS LLC was issued a $2.4 million permit for core and shell improvements on an industrial site at 1306 S.E. Ninth Ave. in the Buckman neighborhood. The builder is Fortis Construction.
  • Victorian Inn Holdings LLC was issued a $1.4 million permit for alterations to a seven-story multifamily building at 2261 W. Burnside St. in Northwest Portland. The applicant is Carleton Hart Architecture and the builder is LMC Inc.
  • Arbor Vista Condominium Association was issued a $2.2 million permit to remove and replace all exterior siding, trim, flashing, water-resistant barrier and deck coatings at 2024 S.W. Howards Way in Goose Hollow. The contractor has yet to be selected.

  • Pacifica St. Andrews LLC of San Diego was issued a $1.3 million permit to alter the bottom four floors of a five-story senior care building at 7617 S.E. Main St. in Montavilla. The applicant is David Fey.
  • Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare Inc. was issued a $4.6 million permit on a deferred submittal for prefabricated wood joists and beams at 3080 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in the Eliot neighborhood. The applicant and contractor is Colas Construction.
  • Hoyt Street Properties LLC was issued a $520,000 permit on a deferred submittal for post-tensioned concrete at 1150 N.W. Quimby St. in the Pearl District. The building and applicant is Andersen Construction.
  • MAJ 24 LLC was issued an $11.7 million permit to build a six-story building with a concrete podium and five levels of wood-framed construction at 4242 N.E. Halsey St. in the Hollywood District. The applicant is LRS Architects and the contractor is Deacon Corp.
  • Bulldog Capital LLC was issued a $705,000 permit to build a three-story, four-unit apartment building at 2027 S.E. Harold St. in the Sellwood area. The builder is Crescent Custom Homes.

  • The Port of Portland is seeking two permits valued at $1,324,000 for deferred submittals at 7300 N.E. Airport Way. The applicant and builder is Hoffman Construction.
  • Central City Concern is pursuing a $28.5 million permit to build a six-story mixed-use building with a medical clinic, transitional housing and multifamily housing at 25 N.E. 122nd Ave. in the Hazelwood area. The applicant is Ankrom Moisan Architects and the contractor is Walsh Construction.
