Permits issued

  • Daimler Trucks North America LLC was issued a $771,000 permit for a change of occupancy involving a seismic upgrade at 4435 N. Channel Ave. in the Overlook area. The architect is GBD Architects and the contractor is Turner Construction.
  • The Port of Portland was issued a $1 million permit for a new tenant improvement at 10159 N.E. Cascades Parkway. The applicant is Callison Architects and the builder is Jackson Dean Construction.
  • Redwood PDX LLC was issued a $2 million permit to build a four-story, 40-unit apartment building at 1385 N.W. 22nd Ave. in Northwest Portland. The applicant is Studio 3 Architecture and the contractor is WDC Construction.
  • Terry W. Emmert was issued a $1.1 million permit to build a three-story, 12-unit apartment building at 7230 N.E. Killingsworth St. in the Cully neighborhood. The applicant is Partin and Hill Architecture and the builder is Silco Commercial Construction.
  • Rujax V LLC was issued a $4.5 million permit to build a four-story mixed-use building at 4075 N. Williams Ave. in Northwest Portland. The applicant is William Kaven Architecture. Bids are being sought from contractors.

  • AHSC QALICB President Holden Leung is pursuing a $930,000 permit for a first-time tenant improvement for a medical office – the Asian Health and Service Center – at 9035 S.E. Foster Road in the Lents neighborhood. The applicant is Holst Architecture and the contractor is O’Neill Walsh Community Builders.
  • The Port of Portland is seeking a $547,685 permit to perform a tenant improvement for an existing tenant at 9401 N.E. Cascades Parkway. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits. The contractor has yet to be selected.
  • 2014 SE 11th Avenue LLC is pursuing a $4.5 million permit to build a four-story, 34-unit apartment building at 2014 S.E. 11th Ave. in the Hosford-Abernethy area. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits. The builder is Colas Construction.
  • Vancouver Avenue Apartments LLC is pursuing a $541,000 permit on a deferred submittal for post-tensioned concrete at 3956 N. Vancouver Ave. in the Boise neighborhood. The applicant and contractor is Marathon Construction Services.
  • 120 Clay Development LLC is seeking a $506,000 permit on a deferred submittal for a raised access flooring system at 120 S.E. Clay St. in the Hosford-Abernethy area. The applicant and contractor is Turner Construction.
  • Doris Ann Co. LLC is seeking a $961,164 permit to build a two-story prefabricated metal building at 9933 N.W. 107th Ave. in the Linnton area. The applicant is Billy Anaya and the builder is Gallant Construction Corporation.
