Apex Cos. has promoted senior associate hydrogeologist John Foxwell to principal.

Foxwell has 25 years of experience in environmental consulting. As a principal at Apex he manages a portfolio of property redevelopment and remediation projects, in addition to leading Apex’s Northwest Division marketing and business development efforts. He is president of the Oregon Association of Environmental Professionals and serves on the Columbia Corridor Association Board of Directors.
