Permits issued

• Wistaria Heights Apartments LLC was issued a $3.9 million permit to build a five-story, 55-unit apartment building at 1950 N.E. Everett St. in the Kerns neighborhood. The structure will be connected to the apartment building on a neighboring lot. The applicant is Morton Building Design and the contractor is Evergreen Builders.

• Human Solutions Inc. was issued three permits totaling $875,868 to renovate apartment buildings at 13915 S.E. Division St. in the Hazelwood neighborhood. The work includes installation of new roofing, exterior siding and windows. The applicant is Stack Architecture and the contractor is Colas Construction.

• XPO Properties Inc. was issued a $2.5 million permit on a deferred submittal for precast concrete cladding at 2121 N.W. Savier St. in Northwest Portland. The applicant is JBA-ACCO and the contractor is JBA LLC.

• UDG 11th & Burnside LLC was issued a $16 million permit to build a six-story building with 85 residential units at 22 S.E. 11th Ave. The applicant is Urban Development Group and the contractor is SK Hoff Construction.

• 6800 N. Interstate LLC was issued a $2.1 million permit to build a four-story, 30-unit apartment building at 6800 N. Interstate Ave. in the Buckman neighborhood. The applicant is CIDA Architects and the builder is JHC Commercial.

• UDG Tillamook 42 LLC was issued a $4 million permit to build a five-story mixed-use building at 2025 N.E. 42nd Ave. in the Hollywood area. The applicant and contractor is SK Hoff Construction.

• Madison-MF Hoyt OR LLC of San Francisco was issued a $659,000 permit on a deferred submittal to add a vehicle lift system at the Dianne project at 535 N.W. 11th Ave. in the Pearl District. The 14-story residential project is permitted to have 52 vehicle parking spaces served by a mechanized parking system. The applicant is Howard S. Wright of Portland and the builder is Balfour Beatty Construction of Dallas, Texas.

• Park Office LLC of Washington, D.C. was issued a $550,000 permit on a deferred submittal for seismic attachments at 1895 N.W. Front Ave. in Northwest Portland. The applicant and contractor is Lease Crutcher Lewis.

• The Port of Portland was issued two permit totaling $946,774 on deferred submittals for mechanical equipment anchorage and seismic restraints at 7300 N.E. Airport Way at Portland International Airport. The applicant and contractor is Hoffman Construction.

• Security Public Storage-Portland LLC was issued an $8.2 million permit to build a three-story self-storage facility at 2088 N.W. Vaughn St. in Northwest Portland.

Permit intakes

• Amy M. Freyer of Santa Barbara, California, is pursuing a $686,685 permit to rehabilitate the exterior envelope of the building at 3705 S.E. 42nd Ave. in Creston-Kenilworth. The applicant and contractor is Charter Construction.

• Park Industries LLC is seeking a $700,000 permit to perform a voluntary seismic upgrade and work to reroof the building at 3033 N.W. Yeon Ave. in Northwest Portland. VLMK Engineers is the applicant and Lorentz Bruun Co. is the contractor.

• AFOOFOO LCC is seeking a $910,000 permit to build a three-story, 14-unit mixed-use building at 1515 N. Rosa Parks Way in the Arbor Lodge neighborhood. The contractor has yet to be selected.

• Fern Valley Properties LLC is seeking two permits worth $20 million to build an 86-unit building and a 90-unit building on North Skidmore Street in the Overlook neighborhood. The applicant is Holst Architecture and the contractor has yet to be selected.

• Gary L. Jackson is seeking a $720,900 permit to build a steel building that will house a marijuana grow facility at 10227 N.E. Sandy Blvd. The applicant is Harmony Decor and the contractor is HK Development.

• Sundance Marine Group LLC is pursuing a $3.5 million permit to build a pre-fab boat storage facility at 570 N.E. Tomahawk Island Drive on Hayden Island. The applicant is Kenneth Buck and the contractor is Steelhead Marine Inc.
