Emerio Design has hired Roy Hankins as director of operations. He has more than 18 years of experience handling both public projects (including work for both Oregon and Washington transportation departments) and private projects as an engineer, project manager and operations manager. His project experience includes project oversight, coordination of multi-discipline teams, public infrastructure design, residential subdivision design and land development.
