• Madison 34 Ray LLC was issued a $750,000 permit for a tenant improvement at 1704 N.E. 26th Ave. in Irvington. The applicant is Iselin Architects, and the contractor is LCG Pence.

• Solex Contracting of Temecula, California, is the contractor for a tenant improvement – a retail space and salon – at 10245 N.E. Cascades Parkway near Portland International Airport.

• The Hollywood 8 LLC was issued a $990,000 permit to build a three-story, eight-unit apartment building at 1714 N.E. 45th Ave. in the Hollywood area. The applicant is DECA Architecture, and the contractor is Constructive.

• DPF OR I LC-185 LLC of Reno, Nevada, was issued two permits valued at $778,800 for deferred submittals for steel joists at 4321 N.E. 185th Ave. in the Wilkes neighborhood. Perlo Construction is the applicant and the contractor.

 

• N&S Oil LLC is pursuing a $774,885 permit on a revision to change an egress path at 16126 S.E. Stark St. in the Centennial neighborhood. The applicant is Sara Garrett, and the contractor is Lorentz Bruun.

• PDX Pioneer LLC of Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking a $2.1 million permit to renovate the third through 10th floors of the Heathman Hotel, 1001 S.W. Broadway, in Portland. The architect is Rossi Architecture of San Diego.

• Majestic Alberta Commons LLC of City of Industry, California, is pursuing an $896,167 permit for a new grocery store at 5055 N.E. MLK Blvd. The applicant is Vega Architecture; the contractor has yet to be selected.

• Alpina Properties LLC is seeking an $802,643 permit for a three-story, 12-unit apartment at 4905 Interstate Ave. in the Overlook neighborhood. The contractor is UKA Construction.

• 6234 N. Montana LLC is seeking a $1.4 million permit to build a three-story, 19-unit apartment building at 6234 N. Montana Ave. in the Arbor Lodge neighborhood. The applicant is CIDA Architects; the contractor has yet to be selected.

• Dennis Sackhoff is pursuing a $6.9 million permit to build a four-story, 119-unit apartment building at 316 N.E. 28th Ave. in Portland. The applicant is UDG Couch LLC; the contractor has yet to be selected.
