Oregon Manufacturing Extension Partnership has hired Tami Trout as a senior consultant. In her new role, Trout will help clients with retention and recruitment, as well as human resources. She has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, including hiring, employee communications, and project management. She previously worked with Hewlett-Packard in human resources before starting her own consulting firm. She received a master’s degree from St. Francis University.
