Permits issued

  • RLR Investments LLC of Wilmington, Ohio, was issued a $1.9 million permit to add 23,000 square feet to a transfer warehouse at 9010 N.E. 13th Ave. in the East Columbia neighborhood. The applicant is Livermore Architecture and Engineering and the contractor is Joseph Hughes Construction.
  • The Housing Authority of Portland was issued nine permits to remove long-term bicycle parking in units at 9110 N.E. Hassalo St. at Multnomah Manor in the Montavilla neighborhood. No value for the permits was listed. The applicant is MWA Architects and the contractor is LMC Inc.
  • Richard Kassebaum of Oregon City was issued a $768,307 permit to build a three-story, six-unit multifamily dwelling at 212 N.E. 79th Ave. in the Montavilla neighborhood. The applicant is Urban Visions and the contractor is Bluestone Homes Inc.
  • Tom Moyer Theatres was issued a $6 million permit to build a four-story mixed-use building with 59 units over retail space at 2390 S.E. Hawthorne Blvd. in the Hosford-Abernethy area. The applicant is LRS Architects and the contractor is Bremik Construction.

  • Stark & Sandy Building LLC is pursuing an $800,000 permit for a tenant improvement for a new brewery at 737 S.E. Sandy Blvd. in the Buckman neighborhood. The applicant is C2K Architecture and the contractor has yet to be selected.
  • Whitaker Properties LLC is seeking a $693,267 permit to change a warehouse to a marijuana grow facility at 12555 N.E. Whitaker Way in the Argay Terrace neighborhood. The applicant is Bama Arch & Design and the contractor is NW Elite Building & Design.
  • Nonetop LLC is pursuing a $2 million permit for a three-story apartment building with below-grade parking at 1525 N.W. 24th Ave. in Argay Terrace. The applicants are Wright Design Office and KLK Consulting, and the contractor is Don Tankersly Construction.
  • The Portland Housing Bureau is seeking $38 million for a 12-story mixed-use building with 240 residential units at 1010 N.E. Grand Ave. in the Lloyd District. The applicant is LRS Architects and the contractor is O’Neill/Walsh Community Builders.
  • Morrison Development LLC is seeking a $1.3 million permit on a deferred submittal for aluminum storefront, curtainwall and glazing at 1155 S.W. Morrison St. The applicant is Culver Glass and the contractor is Turner Construction.
  • Scappoose School District No. 1-J is seeking a $500,000 permit to build a 3,100-square-foot wood-framed building with two classrooms and a science lab at 14445 N.W. Charlton Road in unincorporated Multnomah County. The contractor has yet to be selected.
