Biggs joins DKS Associates

DKS Associates has hired Jean Senechal Biggs as senior project manager. She has more than 20 years of experience, including most recently as capital project manager at the Portland Bureau of Transportation. Her areas of expertise include planning, design and construction of roadway, streetscape and transit capital projects. She holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in landscape architecture from the University of Oregon.
