Permits issued

  • Portland Public Schools was issued a $27.7 million permit for a revised phasing diagram for the Roosevelt High School modernization project at 6941 N. Central St. in St. Johns. The applicant is Bassetti Architects and the contractor is Lease Crutcher Lewis.
  • DPF OR LC-185 LLC of Reno, Nevada, was issued two permits totaling around $900,000 for change of occupancy remodels in the 4300 block of Northeast 185th Drive. The architect is Mackenzie and the contractor is Perlo Construction.
  • 600 Holladay Limited Partnership was issued a $1 million permit to replace the exterior plaza, install a new waterproofing membrane, and replace brick pavers and concrete at 650 N.E. Holladay St. in the Lloyd District. The applicant is Pioneer Waterproofing and the contractor is Pioneer Masonry Restoration Co. of Oregon and Pioneer Waterproofing Co. Inc.
  • Jantzen Dynamic Corp. of Columbia, S.C., was issued an $853,000 permit for a tenant improvement for a retail store at 1805 N. Tomahawk Island Drive on Hayden Island. The applicant is Scott Gibson Architect and the contractor is Tenant Build Inc.
  • Mall 205 GRF2 LLC was issued a $1.2 million permit to replace the roof at 9900 S.E. Washington St. in Hazelwood with an EPDM roof. The applicant and contractor is Nations Roof of Oregon LLC.
  • Blueberry Development was issued a $3.3 million permit to build a four-story apartment building at 485 S.E. 14th Ave. in Buckman. The building will have 39 units and an enclosed parking garage. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits and the contractor is Essex General Construction.
  • Ethos Division was issued a $1.8 million permit to build a four-story, 20-unit apartment building at 2919 S.E. Division St. in Richmond. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits and the contractor is Siteworks Inc.
  • Vancouver Avenue Apartments LLC was issued a $541,000 permit on a deferred submittal for post-tension concrete at 3956 N. Vancouver Ave. The applicant and contractor is Marathon Construction Services.

  • NW Wilson 26-27 LLC is seeking a $5.1 million permit to add to and remodel two buildings at 2638 N.W. Wilson St. The building was built in 1948. The applicants are Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, KPFF Consulting Engineers and Lever Architecture.

  • Mall 205 GRF2 LLC of San Diego is seeking a $1.1 million permit to replace the roof at 9900 S.E. Washington St. in the Hazelwood neighborhood with an EPDM roof. The applicant is Nations Roof of Oregon LLC of Tualatin and the contractor is Nations Roof of Oregon LLC of Lithia Springs, Ga.
  • Amerco Real Estate Co. of Phoenix is pursuing a $1.5 million permit to add self-storage units for a new tenant at 955 N. Columbia Blvd. in the Piedmont neighborhood. The applicant is U-Haul Moving and Storage and the contractor is Melstrom Construction.
  • BTS Homes Inc. is seeking a $1.2 million permit to build a three-story, 15-unit apartment building at 442 N.E. Jessup St. in the King neighborhood. The applicant is Nathan Arnold of Faster Permits and the contractor is BTS Homes Inc.
