Mitchell joins DKS Associates

DKS Associates has hired Dennis Mitchell as a senior intelligent transportation systems engineer. Previously, Mitchell served 32 years with the Oregon Department of Transportation as the Region 1 traffic engineer; he worked on development, evaluation and deployment of new technology related to traffic. He holds a degree in civil engineering from Portland State University.
