Harper Houf Peterson Righellis has promoted engineer Ben Austin to principal. He joined HHPR as a summer intern 20 years ago. In addition to taking on a leadership role, Austin will continue to provide project management services for teams handling public and private work. He focuses on stormwater mitigation design, multimodal transportation infrastructure and improvements to serve bicyclists and pedestrians. He recently completed work on the Southwest Multnomah Boulevard project.
