Bolinger joins Otak

Otak Inc. has hired Louis Bolinger as a bridge construction inspector in its bridge engineering department. He has 20 years of construction engineering and management experience, including work with roadways, bridges, underground utilities, marine structures, site developments and commercial buildings. Bolinger previously was a senior project engineer with Lease Crutcher Lewis.
