Huntsinger joins Otak

Otak Inc. has hired Teresa Huntsinger as a water resources designer in its water resources department. Previously, she served as the water program director for the Oregon Environmental Council. Huntsinger also recently attained a master鈥檚 degree in civil and environmental engineering from Portland State University.
