In accordance City of Portland requirements, there will be an aspirational goal of 20% D/M/W/ESB with a further goal of 14% D/M/WBE subcontractor utilization. Where economically feasible, JWF is willing to divide total contract requirements into smaller portions or quantities to permit maximum participation by D/M/W/ESB firms. JWF will assist D/M/W/ESB firms by providing information for obtaining necessary equipment, supplies or materials. We will also assist by providing points of contact for obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to D/M/W/ESB subcontractors.

JWF requests that all bidders consider uitilizing lower-tier D/M/W/ESB firms as part of their proposals. Please indicate any lower-tier D/M/W/ESB firms participation in your quote.

JWF encourages the utilization of apprentices for this project.
