RFP for Design-Assist MEPFS
Proposals Due: August 30th, 2017 at 2:00 PM

Bremik Construction invites you to submit a proposal for the design-assist Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, or Line and Low Voltage scope of work at North Gresham Elementary School. The project consists of demolition of the existing and construction of a new 72,000 sf school with extensive site development and offsite improvements. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend an open house session to learn more about the project.

Estimated Schedule: April 2018 – Aug 2019

Goal of 25% DMWESB & Disabled Veteran Enterprises
Goal to utilize East County businesses
BOLI Prevailing Wage Rates
