SCOPE: Pipe Insulation. Furnish and install pipe insulation, jacket, and accessories including sleeves at pipe supports/hangers and insulation banding/strapping for primary filtration piping, microturbine, chiller, siloxane removal skid, and H2S removal tank piping).

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Mortenson Field Office at The Dalles Wastewater Treatment Plant (105 Laughlin Street, The Dalles, OR 97058) followed by a project site tour. Bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting to view conditions of the site. PPE is required (hard hat, hard-soled shoes, safety vest).

MORTENSON IS ACTING AS DESIGN-BUILDER FOR THE CITY OF THE DALLES. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED AS DICTATED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS and BIDDER MANUAL IN THE CONTRACT BID DOCUMENTS. This contract is for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279.870. Prevailing wage rates for public works contracts in Oregon are required for this project. Bidding will follow requirements set forth in the State of Oregon DEQ Clean Water State Revolving Fund Construction Management/General Contractor Alternative Contracting Process manual dated July 2011.
