Permits issued

• Amy M. Freyer of Santa Barbara, Calif., was issued a $686,685 permit to rehabilitate the exterior envelope of the building at 3705 S.E. 42nd Ave. in Creston-Kenilworth. The applicant and contractor is Charter Construction.

• Allen Temple Christian Methodist Church was issued a $2.5 million permit to repair fire damage at 4236 N.E. Eighth Ave. in the King neighborhood. Partition walls will be added and the floor plan will be reconfigured. The applicant is Carleton Hart Architecture and the contractor is Pacificmark Construction Corp.

• Madave LLC was issued a $1.4 million permit for a first-time tenant improvement involving new offices in the basement at 1177 S.E. Hawthorne Blvd. in Buckman. The contractor is Siteworks Inc.

• H&A Investments Limited Partnership was issued a $760,000 permit to perform improvements to the shell at 1618 N.E. 122nd Ave. in the Russell neighborhood. The applicant is Baysinger Partners Architecture and the contractor is Deacon Construction.

• A planned three-story sixplex project received a $599,851 permit. The work, planned for 8188 S.E. 19th Ave. in Sellwood, includes on-site parking. The applicant is Mentrum Architecture and the contractor is UKA Construction. No developer is listed.

• 1904 Alberta LLC was issued a $4 million permit to build a four-story mixed-use building at 1930 N.E. Alberta St. in the Alberta Arts District. The applicant is Emerick Architects and the contractor is Yorke & Curtis.

• Hungry Harbor Properties was issued a $1 million permit to build a three-story, 13-unit building with a rooftop deck at 1428 S.E. 19th Ave. in Buckman. The applicant is Bob Schatz Architect and the contractor is Heyworth Development & Remodeling.

• Jantzen Dynamic Corporation of Columbia, S.C., was issued a $1.2 million permit to build a restaurant building at 12050 N. Center Ave. on Hayden Island. The applicant is DOWL and the contractor is The Ideal Company Inc.

Permit intakes

• The city of Portland is pursuing a $6.8 million permit for the first phase of a two-phase project to renovate the building at 1833 S.W. Morrison St. in Goose Hollow. The applicant is Allied Works Architecture and the contractor is Turner Construction.

• H&A Investment LLC is seeking a $500,000 permit for a first-time tenant improvement for a fitness gym at 1618 N.E. 122nd Ave. in the Russell neighborhood. An applicant wasn’t listed and the contractor has yet to be selected.

• Robert A. Sacks and Ann G. Sacks are seeking a $3 million permit to repair an explosion-damaged five-story building at 2281 N.W. Glisan St. in Northwest Portland. The applicant is Allied Works Architecture and the contractor is R&H Construction.

• PMH Portland LLC is pursuing a $473,363 permit for interior and exterior work to create a vanilla shell at 3201 S.E. 50th Ave. in the Richmond area. The contractor is Siteworks Inc.

• Jantzen Dynamic Corp. of Columbia, S.C., is seeking a $600,000 permit for a first-time tenant improvement at 12300 N. Parker Ave. on Hayden Island. The contractor has yet to be selected.

• Equilon Enterprises LLC of Houston is seeking a $1.3 million permit to demolish the shell of a Portland Terminal dock facility at 3640 N.W. Front Ave. in industrial Northwest Portland. The applicant is AECOM and the contractor is Advanced American Construction.

• Grand Belmont Owner LLC is seeking a $13 million permit to build a seven-story mixed-use building at 514 S.E. Belmont St. in Buckman. The applicant is Ankrom Moisan Architects and the contractor is Lease Crutcher Lewis.
