Permits issued

• 17th Group LLC was issued a $1 million permit to build a three-story apartment building at 5511 N.E. 17th Ave. in the Vernon neighborhood. The applicant is CIDA and the contractor is I&E Construction Inc.

• UDG Division Five-O LLC was issued an $18 million permit to build a four-story mixed-use building with 127 apartment units at 2595 S.E. 50th Ave. in the Richmond neighborhood. The applicant is UDG Ankeny and the contractor is SK Hoff Construction.

• Blandena Street Condos LLC was issued an $800,000 permit to build a three-story sixplex at 110 N. Blandena St. in the Humboldt neighborhood. The contractor is Everett Custom Homes.

• L-M Equipment Co. Inc. was issued a $3.8 million permit to build a four-story 23-unit apartment building with underground parking at 1278 S.E. Marion St. The applicant is Iselin Architects PC and the contractor is Macleod Construction.

• OSB2LAN28 LLC is pursuing a $2 million permit to add a tap room and patio entrance at 2444 N.W. 28th Ave. The applicant is ZGF Architects and the contractor is Centrex Construction.

• Arden Commercial Real Estate LLC is seeking a $1 million permit for a tenant improvement for a new brewery at 6112 S.E. Foster Road in the Mt. Scott-Arleta neighborhood. The applicant is Steelhead Architecture and the contractor has yet to be selected.

• Balch Creek LLC of Park City, Utah, is pursuing eight permits valued at $5.1 million to build eight four-story, two-unit apartment buildings at 1831 N.W. 28th Ave. in Northwest Portland. The applicant is Fieldwork Design and Architecture and the contractor is Tieton Homes.

• Jacek Brown is seeking a $2.1 million permit to build a four-story, 21-unit apartment building at 6261 N. Cecelia St. in St. Johns. The applicant is Dezine Works Inc. and the contractor is Investment Builders LLC.

• The University of Portland is seeking a $25 million permit to add 65,000 square feet of classroom and office space at 5000 N. Willamette Blvd. in University Park. The applicant is Sandstrom Architects and the contractor has yet to be selected.
