iQ Credit Union has hired Gayle Rust Gustafson as chief lending officer. In her new role, she will oversee customer, business, and mortgage lending. She has has more than 35 years of experience working with credit unions, and recently spent 15 years at a local Portland credit union as the vice president of lending.
