Lane Powell shareholder聽A. Jeffrey Bird聽has been elected to a third three-year term on the board of directors of the Northwest chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. NACD, a national organization, is a recognized authority on leading board practices. Bird helps lead the group鈥檚 Northwest chapter by providing educational opportunities for corporate boardrooms in the region. He also serves as vice president for Portland and as chairman of the local advisory board.
