Quest Property Management has hired Rachel Phelps as asset manager and marketing director.聽 In her new role, Phelps will be responsible for the marketing of eight group trusts.聽 Her duties include managing tenant relations, budgeting, and creating a multi-media聽marketing plan. She holds a master’s degree from Gonzaga University.
