Tobin promoted by KPFF Consulting Engineers

KPFF Consulting Engineers has promoted engineer Mark Tobin to principal in its structural group. He has over 20 years of experience, including 14 with KPFF. Tobin specializes in projects such as historic renovations, seismic retrofits and high-rise buildings. He was one of the first engineers in Oregon to become a Certified Rating Professional via the U.S. Resiliency Council.
