Permits issued

• 120 Clay Development LLC was issued a $6.4 million permit for a tenant improvement to the second and third floors at 120 S.E. Clay St. in the Hosford-Abernethy area. The applicant is Tom Schmidt and the contractor is Turner Construction. Offices of online bank Simple are located on the site.

• Park Industries LLC was issued a $700,000 permit for a voluntary partial seismic upgrade and re-roof of a warehouse at 3033 N.W. Yeon Ave., slightly north of Slabtown. The applicant is VLMK Engineering + Design and the contractor is Lorentz Bruun Co. The structure was built in 1954.

• Wyndham Resort Development Corp. of Orlando was issued a $13.5 million permit to build a six-story, 75-unit vacation ownership building at 221 S.W. Naito Parkway in Old Town Chinatown. The applicant is SERA Architects and the contractor is Turner Construction.

• UDG 14th & Hawthorne LLC was issued a $4 million permit to build a four-story mixed-use building at 1475 S.E. 14th Ave. in Buckman. The building will have first-floor retail space and 39 residential units. The applicant is Urban Development Group and the contractor is SK Hoff Construction.

• E. John Rumpakis was issued a $36 million permit to build an eight-story, 162-unit condo building at 1177 N.E. 21st Ave. in the Sullivan’s Gulch area. The applicant is Hacker and the contractor is Turner Construction.

• K&C Custom Homes LLC was issued a $689,706 permit to build a three-story, six-unit apartment building at 325 N. Emerson St. in the Humboldt neighborhood. The contractor is K&C Custom Homes.

• Aniva LLC is seeking an $8.9 million permit to build a 90-unit apartment building at 5009 N. Interstate Ave. in the Overlook neighborhood. The applicant is TVA Architects and the contractor is LCG Pence.
