As a part of this bid, KNCC is requesting subcontractor and supplier proposals to complete all scopes of work for site clearing and construction of a new transportation facility in Milton-Freewater, Oregon. The work will include construction of a new 4600 SF facility with onsite upgrades including earthwork, asphalt paving, and other site improvements at the job site located at the corner of Poplar Street and NW 2nd Ave., in Milton-Freewater, Oregon.
