MEP & Drywall RFP:

The following trades are bidding at this time: select demolition, concrete sawcutting, concrete, structural steel, and excavation.

Andersen is requesting proposals for the following trades: drywall/framing/ceilings, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Proposals must be submitted on the Proposal Form provided at the Egnyte link above.

Pre-Bid Walk Through: A pre-bid walk through is scheduled for Tuesday, 9/19/17 at 2:00pm and will begin in the lobby of Building 11 on the HP Corvallis Campus (1110 NE Circle Blvd).
Walk through is mandatory for demolition subcontractors and non-mandatory for all other trades.
