This project consists of a 463,500 SF warehouse/ distribution center to be located on 41.62 acres on the Southern end of NE Riverside Parkway, Gresham Oregon. The work includes, but is not limited to: site clearing & grubbing, grading, compaction & soils improvement, paving, fencing & landscaping, underground utilities, foundations, slabs at grade & elevated slabs, precast or tilt-up wall panels, structural steel, roofing, fire protection, MEP, tenant improvements & architectural finishes & painting.
