A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on September 26, 2017 @ 10:00AM PST. Bidders shall meet with the project team at the 10 th & Yamhill Smart Park Garage. The garage is located at 730 SW 10 th Ave, Portland, OR 97205. Personal protective equipment (hard hats, safety vests, etc.) is not required for the prebid conference. Please meet at the garage entrance.
