A Type III conditional use review is sought for construction of two new buildings at Delta Park, at 10850 N. Denver Ave., for the city of Portland’s Urban Forestry Support Facility. One project would consist of a 9,850-square-foot storage/equipment facility, a 1,000-square-foot covered vehicle wash, and a 1,000-square-foot covered dumpster. A second project would include installation of an 1,800-square-foot modular building for tree maintenance crews and inspectors. An existing 13,500-square-foot barn and 400-square-foot storage building would be demolished. The applicants are Susan Meamber and Katie Dunham of Portland Parks & Recreation.

Division St. The project would include a new shop, a multimodal path connecting Southeast Division Street and 64th Avenue, and removal of two non-contributing structures.
