J.B. Steel, Inc. is serving as the Construction Manager / General Contractor (鈥淐M/GC鈥�) for the Logos Public Charter School project and requests Subcontractor proposals for the above project on behalf of Logos Public Charter School (鈥淥wner鈥�). This is a Prevailing Wage project per ORS 279C dated 07/01/2017, subject to Amendment 10/01/2017.

Bid Documents can be obtained electronically by contacting Laurie Goetz via email at [email protected]. The bid documents can also be accessed through the Medford Builders Exchange. Proposers must utilize the specified Proposal Form provided.

Bids can be hand delivered, mailed to Logos Public Charter School at 400 Earhart Street, Medford, OR 97501, Attention Sheryl Zimmerman, Executive Director, or emailed to [email protected] no later than 2:00 p.m. October 13, 2017.

Bidders must be licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board at the time of submission of their proposal.
