Lane Powell has hired Brad Summers as a shareholder. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law, workouts and business transactions. Summers has represented debtors-in-possession, trustees, creditors鈥� committees and secured creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He has a law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business from the University of Notre Dame.
