BIDDER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Provide an itemized description and cost breakdown for your scope of work. All bid proposals shall be based on the plans and specifications.
2. Value Engineering is encouraged. Present all value engineering as a bid alternate on your proposal.
3. Each project should be priced independently and separately. Pricing for each project will be considered stand-alone quotes.
4. Pre-Bid Requests For Information and Substitution Requests are due no later than October 10th by 5:00 PM. It is the bidder’s responsibility to complete a substitution request form and provide required back up documentation for any substitution requests. Do not contact Owner.
5. All questions to be submitted in writing and routed to LMC Construction. Submit substitution requests & RFI’s to Kyle Anderson ([email protected]) or Scott Dekker (scottd@ lmcconstruction.com) via e-mail or fax to 503-646-6823.
6. Prevailing wages do apply to both projects. Wage rates are included in the files section for your reference.
7. Bidders shall acknowledge any addenda issued on their proposal.
8. Bidders shall include all hoisting and material handling required for their scope of work.
