  • A Type III conditional use procedure is pending for construction of a five-story building with 61 units and 32 parking spaces at 2156 N. Williams Ave. An existing community service use will remain. The applicants are Bobby Daniels of the Portland Housing Bureau and Trina Whitman of BRIDGE Housing, and the owner is Multnomah County. A pre-application conference requested for the property in January proposed to include two buildings: one five stories with 66 units measuring 78,000 square feet, and another two stories with four units measuring 5,000 square feet. An early assistance application for the property filed in July 2016 was for a four-story, 61-unit building.
