Dugas joins Joseph Hughes Construction

CONSTRUCTION
Joseph Hughes Construction has hired Andrew Dugas as project manager. He will be responsible for estimating and managing various projects. Dugas has more than 32 years of experience in project management and design. His previous work includes assisted living, hospitality, medical, retail and tenant improvement projects.
