Maul Foster & Alongi has hired principal engineer Martha Moore. She will provide air quality and acoustical engineering services for industrial and private-sector clients across the country. Her expertise includes regulatory permitting, impact analyses, land use compatibility and facility siting studies. She previously served as president of the Air & Waste Management Association鈥檚 Pacific Northwest International Section. Moore also is a registered professional engineer in Oregon, Washington and California.
