The scope of work for this bid includes, but is not limited to the following: Complete construction package, including divisions 02 through 14, 21, 31 through 33. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Alarm have already been selected. A pre-bid walk-through will be held at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, November 1st at the High School at 615 NE 15 th Street, McMinnville. Attendees are asked to park in the main lot between the High School and Stadium, and to meet at the LCG Pence Construction trailer located North of the Cafeteria.

Bid documents can be examined at the following locations: LCG Pence Construction offices in Portland or Salem, and the LCG Pence Construction website at lcgpence.com under the 鈥淪ubcontractor鈥� page listed in the 鈥淥pen Bid Projects鈥� menu. Copies of the Bid Documents may also be obtained upon request via email to Lee Zumwalt. Bidders must use specified proposal forms provided in the specifications.

This project is a PREVAILING WAGE project in accordance with ORS Chapter 279C. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond in accordance with rules set forth by governing authorities at time of bid.

The contractor reserves the right to: reject any or all bids; reject any bid not in compliance with the bid procedures or requirements; reject for good cause any bid that would be in the public鈥檚 best interest to do so; and waive minor irregularities or discrepancies in any or all bids.
