Tonkon Torp has hired Megan 鈥淢eg鈥� Houlihan as an associate in its litigation department. She previously served as a judicial law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and at the Oregon U.S. District Court. She has experience in many areas of law, including environmental, intellectual property, employment and tribal law. Houlihan received her bachelor鈥檚 degree from Gonzaga University and her juris doctorate from Yale Law School.
