Approximately 153,000 GSF combination of both new construction and renovation work to the existing Tigard High School campus located 9000 SW Durham Rd., Tigard, OR 97224 in Tigard, Oregon.

LCG PENCE is bringing Demolition / Abatement, MEPFS subcontractors on board early for design-assist. The Preconstruction phase of the project will last approximately 6 months from the date the contract will be executed.
